Aim

The Pre-Boarding Learning Programme prepares hospitality staff across all departments for efficient, confident deployment. It ensures a smooth onboarding process by equipping crew with essential service skills, communication tools, and department-specific routines — reducing early turnover and allowing for seamless fleet transfers and efficient planning.

Description

This programme offers structured training for front-of-house, housekeeping, F&B, reception, concierge, and butler teams. It combines theoretical instruction with guest-mode simulations to prepare crew for real onboard operations.

Training focuses on luxury service etiquette, cultural awareness, communication, guest interaction, and operational routines. It can be delivered at your recruitment centre or assigned training site, enabling efficient crew onboarding at scale.

Guest Mode Training (per department)

F&B / Restaurant & Bar (3 days)

• Table settings (breakfast, lunch, dinner, high tea)

• Serving styles, bar tools, beverage service

• Buffet service, clearing, synchronised service

Housekeeping (2 days)

• Rooming & suite explanation

• Turn down, laundry, amenities, cleaning routines

• Guest interaction & special requests

Reception / Concierge (2 days)

• Lobby to suite guidance

• Hotel service overview & guest care

• Telephone etiquette & quality standards

Butler Service (2 days)

• VIP room service, suite presentation

• Ironing, shoe polishing, high tea

• Handling demanding guests & synchronised service
