For the specialists here at River Academy, this is familiar territory – as is the self-management of learning that is inextricably linked to it. That is why we offer the option of learning support. Our support package helps to organize and optimize the necessary learning activities. With learning observations and integrated learning aids in the learning process, we focus not only on the “what” (i.e. the content), but also on the “how” (i.e. the method). This kind of support and understanding is therefore an integral part of all learning processes.
The support concept
One of the most important tasks of an educational institution is to promote and improve the learning skills of the participants. In addition, there are requirements arising from the operational daily routine and their effects on coordinated personnel development measures in the advisory process.
