Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (River Academy GmbH, Am Molenkopf 1, 50735 Cologne) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or a legally compliant e-mail).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for this repayment. If you have requested that our services should commence during the revocation period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of revocation with respect to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
