How do I book a course?

To book a course, go to one of the course categories of your choice or view the list of courses on the “All courses” page. The course can be booked by clicking on “Book now”. Or click here to send us an email with your questions or requests. Alternatively, call us on 0203 5703 6590 0.

Where are your training locations?

Our main offices are located in Cologne and Duisburg, and we offer courses at other locations throughout Europe. Please refer to our contact page for more information. The location of the courses and exams is indicated on the respective course page.

What types of courses do you offer?

We offer a wide range of courses, including basic crew training, certification programs, ADN, simulator training, hospitality training for passenger ships, and refresher courses for existing qualifications.

How long are the courses?

Course duration ranges from a single day to individual modules that extend over several months, depending on the training program. The duration of each course is indicated on the course booking/information page.

Do you offer customized or in-house training for companies?

Yes, we can gladly develop customized training programs that meet your company’s specific needs. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

What languages are the courses taught in?

Most courses are available in (at least) English and/or German. Please contact us with any language-specific questions or requests.

What is the difference between “Full Service” and “Basic Service”?

When booking a course, “Basic Service” refers to the price excluding hotel or accommodation. “Full Service” refers to the price of the course including hotel accommodation.
