“Train the Leader” is a modern, practice-oriented leadership program built on the foundations of the Business Coach curriculum and further developed into a compact, impact-focused model.
The program is designed for new and emerging leaders, experienced managers seeking to deepen their people-leadership skills, as well as project leaders and coordinators.
The workshop combines theoretical input, interactive exercises, and guided reflection to help leaders strengthen their communication skills, role clarity, and leadership impact.
Its goal is to initiate behavioural transformation and equip participants to lead consciously, clearly, and people-centered in dynamic work environments.
