The Maître d’hôtel is comparable to an orchestra conductor – responsible for service quality and overall guest satisfaction. At this level, personal strengths alone are no longer sufficient. This training programme provides the essential professional knowledge, social competencies, and practical leadership tools required to succeed in this key position.
The programme is based on current professional requirements and offers an excellent foundation for anyone aiming to build a career in this role.
