Welcome to the UP Preparation Courses!
Our Union Certificate/Patent Preparation Courses provide intensive,
practice-oriented training for experienced inland navigation personnel preparing for the
official EU boatmaster examination (Union Certificate/Patent – UP).
This 15-day training programme combines comprehensive theoretical instruction in accordance with
ES-QIN with realistic simulator sessions on
CESNI-certified ship handling simulators.
The goal is to prepare participants thoroughly for both the theory and practical examinations,which take place directly at the River Academy Campus.
The examination can be completed entirely in German or in English.
If required, we also offer support with the official examination registration.
