Pre-Boarding Training
01.02. – 05.02.2026
Basic Training for All Onboard Hospitality Areas
Aim
The Pre-Boarding Learning Programme prepares employees from all departments in a targeted way for their onboard assignment.
The objective is to ensure a smooth embarkation process, reduce staff turnover, and guarantee an efficient transition between recruitment and deployment through solid training in service, communication, and operational organisation.
Description
The structured training programme is designed for teams from Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Reception, Concierge and Butler Service. The training combines theoretical foundations with realistic guest scenarios (“Guest Mode Training”) and provides practical skills for immediate onboard deployment.
The focus includes, among other things, luxury service etiquette, cultural sensitivity, professional appearance, and effective communication. The training can be conducted at your recruiting centre or at a designated training location.
