With this recognised professional qualification, you will be able to take on the responsible tasks of a competent trainer in a company.
Description
In-company personnel development begins with the training of junior staff. The trainer thus plays a key role in the company. The practice-oriented learning content according to AEVO (four fields of action) is taught in compact form in this course. The course also includes news for professions in inland navigation. In cooperation with the North Rhine-Westphalia Association of Vocational Trainers, we have put together a training package that is specifically geared towards inland waterway transport.

The IHK examination and registration fees for the trainer aptitude certificate are not included in the above prices.
Registering for the course does not automatically register you for the examination. Therefore, register for the examination in good time at the IHK of your choice.
The examination consists of a written and a practical part.
In the written exam, case-related tasks from the four fields of activity are to be completed. These consist of multiple-choice tasks with five possible answers, with the number of correct solutions being indicated.
The practical exam includes conducting a company training session or presenting a training situation. Finally, a technical discussion takes place.
The exam is passed if at least satisfactory results have been achieved in both the written and practical parts of the exam.
